The driver's business
Rate confirmations, settlements and receipts, read into one record. Pay per mile and per hour, and every number one tap from the paper it came from.
Laya
The co-pilot inside the app, who explains the numbers in plain language.
Your company
A carrier or broker checks its USDOT or MC number against FMCSA once. That check decides who may post and who may book on the load board.
Honest Load Board
The same account signs in at honestloadboard.com: brokers post loads and carriers book them under the company the app already checked.
The Elite Fleet
The carrier side of the academy. Seated drivers run their trucks as a business with the same account.

    Owner Operator Training Academy

    A Ricerca Labs program. A six-month, tuition-free paid apprenticeship for CDL-A drivers with two or more years of experience.

    Six courses, OOT 101 to 606, from finance to ownership. Everyone starts with the online aptitude test, taken inside the Owner Operator App.

    Honest Load Board

    A load board that tells the truth. Every load posts an all-in price, fuel surcharge included, that only rises until someone books it.

    Brokers and carriers are checked against FMCSA. Carriers see city and ZIP until a booking is confirmed; a photo check-in at the truck and a booking summary for factoring close the deal.

    Free for carriers · Brokers post 25 loads free, then $2 per load from prepaid posting credit

    Signs in with the app account and uses the app's FMCSA company check; each booking ends in a summary the carrier can hand to a factoring company.

How money comes in

App subscriptions
The Owner Operator App is sold at $49.99 a month or $499.90 a year.
Carrier program
The Elite Fleet: a flat weekly fee per seated driver, plus $1,000 per driver at 90 days. Drivers train tuition-free.
Load board posting
Brokers buy posting credit; each load after the first 25 takes $2. Free for carriers.
Data science services
The same data science, offered to any business that wants to run on its own numbers, at ricercalabs.com/data-science.
